I bought this a couple of years ago, the setup was pretty easy, my younger daughter actually helped me with it, she said it was like putting Legos together ;- I put mine on a concrete slab and anchored it in, and it's been rock-solid. So what prompted me to write this review is their customer service. I recently noticed that one of the clear panels running at the crest of the roof was getting split at the bend of the plastic, potentially allowing for leaks and junk to get in. Gotta love a company that really stands behind it's products!!

You've got a customer for life, I HIGHLY recommend them!! It is well built storage shed. Missing lots of parts but costumer service fixed it and was awesome to talk with.

Took a little help to install but very pleased with the results. Easy to assemble and love the features.

Needed more storage so I bought another one which was bigger. Just love it and it got here a week and a half early.

I bought this last month.... I did mount it on a prepared slab foundation, to keep everything level and plumb. Seems to be very good quality along with decent price.

Still working putting together getting reafy to add roof and johnathon was very helpful. Started opening the cartons to discover a defective wall panel.

Zachary and another sales rep spoke to us and we received the replacement panel in less than 4 days. While waiting have been assembling what I can and have been following the manual by the letter. Great instructions and easy to navigate as long as you take it step by step. I feel we are getting a quality shed from a reputable company who stands by their products with a great support/sales rep team. It looks just as described and is very functional.

However, it did take quite some time for my husband and son-in-law to put it together. The instructions could be a lot better.

But once up, we love it. Just 10 minutes and replacement piece is on its way. Very happy withthis good looking shed. I really like the color and material of the shed.

No need for painting ever or replacing anything. Stopped dead in our tracks when we found we were missing part DSQ and 20 screws DTK. No problem getting parts when I called but will take about 5 days to get the parts.

Trying to inventory all parts before starting May b a good thing but prepare to take several hours to do so. There are a lot of boxes and bags that are not all well labeled.

Make sure you have three people when doing the wall build, especially if ther is a breeze. Make sure doors get put up AFTER the complete wall build. Also, when doing the wall build, only put in top and bottom screws on each panel to start. You may need to take a whole side down and redo install when you get to last corner piece and find it is too long because the sections were not pounded together tightly enough. I feel very good about lifetime.

Nice looking structure and great customer service. Glad I didnt puchase another brand. We bought this shed 2 years ago. We had a problem with a skylight. The representative listened to our concerns and sent a new part with no hassle.

This is a very durable shed! We live in a windy area and have had many storms with high winds and the shed withstood the storms every time!

I helped my neighbor install a 11x21 Shepherd on a prepared concert floor. Three people took most of the day but following instructions we had no problems. Having concrete flooring prepared ahead of time is a must. Receive numerous comments from neighbors on the attractive appearance the sturdiness I would not be surprised to see several more go up this summer including one in my backyard. This product a wonderful addition to my backyard not only in appearance but in funtionability. I had this shed professionally installed by recommended factory installers and they did a wonderful job on this installation. I highly recommend using installers that know what there doing. I would recommend this product to everyone without hesitation! We are now able to put our three 4- wheelers in side along with things like our weed-eater, leaf blower and many other things we can hang on the walls.

I had some parts missing. You got right on it and sent them asap. We are almost finished with the construction of our shed. Maybe you should offer a bucket of patience with the kit because we almost used up all of ours!

It would have been helpful if all of the pieces and parts were properly labeled rather than having to guess when checking the parts against the inventory sheets. Overall it has'gone together' quite well and I can't wait to move my potting bench and yard implements into their new home. Great storage shed very happy with this product.

I paid to have it assembled. I read other reviews and decided I didn't want to spend a day are so assembling the shed. It took the guy I hired a full day.

The shed is very sturdy. Perfect for what I need it for storing the zero turn mower and other yard tools and ladders freeing up my garage for the cars only.
