My only concern is the threshold for the two doors on the long side. You can see light under the door, which means water can come in.

The girl from lifetime suggested I fill the threshold with silicone. Tell me what kind please? Other than that I love the workmanship on the whole shed.

Now that the shed is complete, we love it. We had some issues with the walls shoring up, and therefore the roof not matching, but we were a letter to loosen some screws and make adjustments to have it all come together.

The time estimated on the instructions must be for people who do this for a living. I estimate my husband and I spent well over 40 hours putting it together. I concede we are not contractors, but we have done our fair share of projects. This one pushed our limits. Some of the drawings were very hard to distinguish. It would also be much easier if the bags with the screws and washers had the actual part letter that corresponds with the book. Now that it's up I totally love it. But if I had to do it over- I'd hire someone to put it up. Strong, sturdy, and well designed, this shed is perfect for organizing outdoor equipment & freein.. There needs to be a small amount of "play" during assembly; this was lost by cold plastic. Take your time reading the instructions, if you skip a page accidentally you may have to have some "do overs" (easy to do). Had to make a couple of modifications. There wasn't any hole to receive the right door bottom hinge.

Also, the screws for the metal bar above the doors do not grip well. A couple of them fell out and had to be replaced with bolts with better grip.. Installation service was very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend lifetime sheds to anyone interested. Product directions expected install time is not correct...

Some screws were to short to use... Not sure on water proof yet. Awesome product built to last forever, and very professional customer service staff, and very knowledgeable I would recommend all of there products. I brought my double storage shed 4 years ago, it's still looks great, built very well, I still get lots of compliments on it stiil today, very happy with there products and company. Ease of ordering replacement parts.

Thank you Richard for making sure I was getting to correct replacement parts! It depends on what you are expecting as to if I would recommend or not. I had an old 14 year old.. I had an old (14 year old Rubbermaid) shed that was too small for us so wanted/needed something bigger. This shed is not made the same quality, have the same storage accessories or weather tightness. It is bigger and I can fit the wicker couch and bikes in there but upper wall space is lacking. I have a narrow shelf on the one end that leaves me a 4ft tall space, not sure how that helps, a few more shelves, would be nice. The little corner shelves that are supports also take away putting racks there. I like the windows and that they slide up for air; need to either make a curtain or fog them, I dont want people seeing in. Love the skylights, hoping they dont leak. So depending on how using it could be great, cute little she shed with not much in it or winter storage where you cant figure out where to out things.

My only complaint is that it is critically.. My only complaint is that it is critically important to have a level concrete foundation. Had my shed 3/4 together and was not bolted down yet to my floor so a bad wind storm came that night and blew my shed over on its side. The warenty did not cover this but that's a great company to do that for me thank you lifetime sheds. Nice roomy shed, great customer service.

This shed served us very well for the year we had it so far. Very roomy, I could park my garden tractor in it both length or width-wise, with tons of room for everything else we store in it (and still have room). Looks great on our driveway. Got a little mildewy over the summer, a quick wash with a power-washer got it looking new again.

Great customer service, they recently send me a new front panel to replace a damaged one. Just got it put together and seems to be strong and sturdy. My complaints about are that the directions are not detailed enough and to show more of a top view of school me of the pics. Secondly, they need to put metal threaded inserts for the screws the plastic holes alone are not enough, they ate very easy to strip out. They definitely need to fix that issue and they will be in good shape.

Love this shed its maintance free no wood to rot. The only thing i wish was better is the instructions could be better. The boxed shed contents sat in my yard for an entire year, under a tarp. The framing and structure were in tact when it was finally opened this year.

Ants and critters had invaded the box, but the durable shed itself was still solid. I replaced a smaller Lifetime shed and glad I did. Customer service is our top priority!
